Manish has years of experience in engineering, information systems and consulting. He's worked with local councils and small businesses; with government departments and private manufacturing companies. He has an ability to get to the heart of what people and organisations need, find the resources to make those things happen, and deliver great results.

Some projects Manish has delivered are:

Software documentation for Dimension Software Ltd.
Manish built a deep technical understanding of Dimension's software systems in order to write comprehensive and accurate documentation for them. This played an important role in scaling Dimension Software's products to more customers, with fewer support calls placed and less time spent sorting out configuration issues.
Integration of project management tools for Ergo Consulting.
Manish brought together many disparate and overlapping spreadsheets and templates into a single streamlined platform. This enabled tracking projects more consistently, identifying risks and opportunities more easily, and giving project managers more support with their work.
Strategic advice to local Hawkes Bay councils.
While employed at Ergo Consulting, Manish worked with the Hastings District Council and Napier City Council on strategy planning for their industrial radio and control systems. Manish worked with a team to meet with key stakeholders to understand their needs. After carefully understanding their present and future needs he provided a robust long term strategy for executing their vision. This helped inform approximately NZ$6.9 million in capital spending.
